Hello...today me cooked udang. Tak de idea nak masak sebenarnye.
Asyik masak masakkan yang sama je...boring kan.
Tengok2 resepi kat AFC.....dapat lah resepi ni. .... dari Chef Wan.
First time try. Turn out pretty good. Good Job to me !!!! hik..hik...
And senang je. Tak lama pun ambil masa.
Ingredient :-
Oil - deep frying
Lemon grass - slice
Ginger
Cili Padi
Tom Yam Paste
Water
Honey
Mayonnaise
Lime leave - sliced
Marinade the prawn with
Oyster Sauce
Egg - beaten
Corn flour
Salt.
Method :-
Combine the Prawn with the marinade for 15 min.
Deep fry the prawn till Golden
Heat Pan- oil, lemon grass, ginger, chili & Tom yam paste
Add water, honey & Prawn
Remove from heat and stir in the mayo. Stir in the lime leaves.
And its Done !! Simple and tasty.

P/s : food ni nye color depends on tom yam paste yg u guna. So, jangan takut if u punye food may be sedikit pucat. Its ok. U tak silap.
Coz some Tom yam paste...color dia tak merah...its brown. Like mine.
