Bra...oh bra

Hello!! ...today nak citer about bra...atau kata lain..undergarment. Bra come from words brassiere. Its a clothing that cover, supports the breast. Since the late 19th century, it has replaced the corset as the most widely accepted method for supporting a woman's breasts. Women wear bras for a variety of purposes, for support, to improve the shape of breasts, to reduce or to enlarge the perceived breast size, to restrain breast movement during an activity such as during exercise, to enhance their cleavage or to facilitate nursing. Most bras are designed to lift the breasts off the chest wall if they sag and to restrain them from movement. Bra designers strive to produce a garment that is both practical and attractive. But some lady tak kisah pun...or tak tau pun size bra sendiri. Tak kisah cam ne nak measure bra..or kat mane should u measure. Me, sometime malu pun ade...garuk kepala pun ade gak. Mane tak...muda2 but breast dah ke bawah dah. Tak pakai properly. Ade tu..breast besar but pakai bra yang kecik..pastu pakai baju yang sangat ketat. So u imagine lah how ugly its turn kan. Its very Important dear!! its our Asset. Kena tahu benda2 ni semua. Tak kisah lah if u beli bra yang murah..but its have to fit ur breast. Tak leh main pakai2 je. Here a some tip that me google. A poorly fitting bra can cause back problems, muscle tension, and even headaches. Since teens are still growing the strains caused by an improperly fit bra can lead to life long problems with posture and back pain. To ensure that you are wearing the right size bra you should be fit by a lingerie consultant once a year or after every noticeable growth spurt. http://teenadvice.about.com/od/brasforteens/a/bratypes.htm

How to measure and fit a bra:

Step 1, Measure for Band Size:

Need help? Expanded band measuring instructions.
measuring bra band sizeKeeping the measuring tape parallel with the ground, measure around your bra directly under your bust after expelling all air from your lungs - you want this measurement to be as small as possible. Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number. If the measurement is even, add 4" if the measurement is odd, add 5"

Step 2, Measure for Cup Size:

Need help? Expanded cup measuring instructions.
Measuring bra cup size Standing straight, with your arms at your side, measure at the fullest part of your bust (while wearing a non-padded bra) making sure the measuring tape is parallel with the ground and not binding. Round all fractional measurements to the nearest whole number.

Step 3, Calculate Your Bra Size:

Subtract your band measurement (step 1) from your cup measurement (step 2). Generally, for each inch in difference, the cup goes up by one size. See the conversion chart here. Important Note: this measuring system tends to become less accurate as the cup sizes go above a D. Additionally, some manufacturers name larger cup sizes differently. See "The Proper Measuring Techniques for Plus-Size Women".
